Support Checklist

Before you reach out, a few things that speed things up:

  • For bug reports: include your iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce.
  • For backend setup: check the FAQ and repository README first — most setup questions are answered there.
  • For feature requests: describe the workflow you're trying to accomplish and why the current app doesn't support it.
  • We respond within 1–2 business days. If you don't hear back, check your spam folder.
